Due to continued growth, they are now looking to welcome an experienced Sales Progressor to their close-knit team. The role can be based in either Bristol or Bath, depending on candidate preference.
Sales Progressor Role Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Sales Progressor to join a respected agency that truly values work-life balance. You will manage a busy and varied pipeline of sales from offer to completion, covering transactions in both Bristol and Bath. The role offers hybrid working, no weekend work, and the chance to ensure smooth progression of property sales from offer to exchange.
Sales Progressor Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and vendors to ensure a smooth and timely process
* Regularly update all parties on progress, resolving any issues that may arise
* Use CRM system to track and record updates accurately
* Maintain a strong understanding of the sales process and key milestones
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve exchange and completion targets
* Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the agency’s professional reputation
Sales Progressor Key Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Sales Progressor role
* Strong knowledge of the residential property sales process
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in estate agency CRM systems
* Confident managing multiple transactions and prioritising effectively
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
* A positive, professional approach with a customer-first mindset
Package and Benefits
* Basic salary: Up to £32,000 + commission
* Hybrid working
* Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Friday 9am - 5:30pm (no weekends)
* Full-time, permanent position
