Are you passionate about using data, AI, and CRM technology to drive real business impact? We're looking for a CRM Data Modeller to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the predictive intelligence that powers our Sales and Service operations. Reporting to the Head of CRM Development and Delivery, you will develop, maintain, and optimise predictive AI models within Salesforce, ensuring our organisation continually makes smarter, faster, and more customer‑centric decisions.
Responsibilities
* Build, train, and maintain predictive AI models in Salesforce (e.g., churn, cross/up‑sell, service insights).
* Ensure models are refreshed and optimised for accuracy and relevance.
* Monitor performance and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to fine‑tune algorithms.
* Embed predictive insights into Salesforce workflows and business processes.
* Translate complex data outputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Align predictive models with commercial objectives and decision‑making needs.
* Partner with Data Governance and Data Engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant data inputs.
* Support ongoing improvements to data accuracy, completeness, and structure.
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Pricing, and CRM Product Owners.
* Identify new predictive use cases and ensure models meet operational needs.
* Stay informed on emerging AI/ML technologies and Salesforce innovations.
* Identify opportunities to expand predictive capabilities across the organisation.
Qualifications
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI (Prediction Builder, Discovery, Next Best Action).
* Strong understanding of CRM analytics, sales processes, and customer retention strategies.
* Background in data science, predictive modelling, or AI/ML applications.
* Experience with real‑time churn models, predictive modelling, and/or Vertex AI.
* Proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and feature engineering within Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
* Familiarity with Salesforce objects, flows, SQL, and data integration best practices.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce AI‑related certifications (e.g., Einstein Analytics & Discovery Consultant).
* Experience with CRM Analytics.
* Knowledge of Python, R, or other AI/ML tools.
* Experience in enterprise‑level Salesforce implementations or AI‑driven transformation programmes.
Location
Permanent, Full‑time; based in London, Farnworth; working from home 3 days a week.
