We are supporting a specialist care provider in their search for an ambitious Registered Manager to lead a high-performing 4-bed home for children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD). This service has already been recognised as delivering Outstanding care and now requires an experienced leader to continue driving excellence.

Key Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 5 in Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete)
*
Proven leadership and staff management experience in residential childcare
*
Strong knowledge of Ofsted compliance and safeguarding frameworks
*
Excellent organisational and communication skills
*
Experience in therapeutic care or specialist settings highly desirable
