In The Role You Will Be Responsible For
* Leadership over the ICT sales department and its people in charge of developing sales and recruitment targets and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets
* Implement sales strategy that further the department's agenda
* Utilise analytic tools and work with the data analysts in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance, identifying areas of improvement in sales strategies
* Manage key relationships on behalf of the business
To Be Successful You Will Have
* Working experience in a sales position
* Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel
* Exceptional leadership skills and confidence
* Exceptional communication skills that are especially important in enabling effective communication between customers and internal departments
* A keen interest in conducting research and data-driven insights
