Multi-Site Leadership Role
Locations: Wallasey (CH44) | Edge Hill | Picton (L7)
Full Time-Up to 40 hours (Mon–Sat)
Salary: £26,000-£29,000 DOE
Driving licence preferred (travel between sites required)
Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator ready to step into a senior leadership role?
We’re seeking a confident, organised and commercially aware Head Dental Receptionist to lead front-of-house teams across three busy practices.
The Role
You will oversee reception operations across multiple sites, ensuring:
1. Smooth, professional front-desk performance
2. Excellent patient experience
3. Strong financial accuracy
4. Achievement of key commercial targets
5. Effective rota management and team supervision
You will also support practice growth by promoting treatment plans, whitening, and private upgrades, while mentoring and developing reception teams.
About You
6. Dental reception, TCO, or practice administration experience (essential)
7. Experience supervising or leading a team
8. Commercially aware and confident in discussing treatment options
9. Highly organised and proactive
10. Patient-focused and professional
11. Able to travel between sites
