Key Responsibilities Scheduling and managing planned and reactive maintenance across construction and facilities projects. Maintaining accurate project records within the CRM system. Acting as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing updates. Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Prioritising urgent requests and escalating where necessary. Supporting the wider team with administration to ensure deadlines are met. Skills & Experience Required Previous administrative or coordination experience, ideally within construction, building services, or facilities management.
