Your new role
Your role as a proactive HR Advisor will be to support the full employee lifecycle. Acting as deputy to the Head of People & Culture, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, L&D and payroll coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for HR queries and employee relations
2. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
3. Monitor statutory training and support L&D initiatives
4. Liaise with payroll and ensure accurate monthly submissions
5. Hands-on involvement in HR projects across Reward, Performance Management and L&D
6. Development and advancement of the HR system.
What you'll need to succeed
•HR generalist experience, ideally in hospitality or a customer-facing environment
•Strong knowledge of UK employment law
•Excellentmunication and organisational skills
•Strong experience with HR systems
