About the Role
As an Early Intervention Worker, you’ll work hands‑on with children, young people and their families who need extra support to improve their lives.
You will Co-ordinate, develop and deliver individual and group interventions to parents/carer of vulnerable children to improve parenting skills and family relationships, vulnerable children, and children and families impacted by trauma to support recovery/behaviour change

You’ll be someone who:
1. Has experience working directly with children, young people and families
2. Is confident having honest, respectful conversations
3. Can manage a varied workload and liaise with different services
4. Understands how early help and whole‑family working makes a difference
5. Is practical, reflective and team‑focused
6. Be confident in delivering group work with parents, carers and their families
