This is a hands-on role with full training provided and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position. What You'll Do Operate and monitor vacuum coating machinery and associated equipment Prepare components for coating, including cleaning and loading/unloading parts Follow production schedules and ensure work is completed to deadlines Conduct quality checks to ensure coatings meet required standards Maintain accurate production and process records Assist with basic machine setup and adjustments Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures Maintain a clean and organised work area What We're Looking For Must be IT literate - basic level, Email, Basic knowledge of Word & Excel Strong work ethic and reliability Must have experience using hand tools Machine operator experience is essential What's in It for You?
