Warehouse Operative - VNA & Bendi Licensed

Salary:
* Night Shift (8:40pm - 6:30am): £15.77/hour
* Rotating AM/PM Shift (6am-2pm / 1:20pm-9:20pm): £14.48/hour
Are you an experienced warehouse operative with valid VNA and Bendi licenses? We're hiring for permanent roles in a dynamic warehouse environment where your skills will be valued and developed.

Key Responsibilities
* Receive, store, and distribute materials, equipment, and products.
* Transport items from receiving/production to storage or designated areas.
* Sort and place items on racks/shelves/bins by size, type, style, or product code.
* Assemble customer orders, package pallets, and complete relevant paperwork.
* Label incoming goods and ensure accurate documentation.
* Prepare outgoing products with correct labels and packaging.
* Operate SAP for stock checks, label creation, and consolidation.
* Safely operate warehouse vehicles and conduct daily equipment checks.
* Collaborate with supervisors and shipping clerks on schedules.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* Adhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills
* Valid licenses for:
o VNA (Very Narrow Aisle)
o Bendi (Articulated Forklift / Pivot Steer)
o Counterbalance
o Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) - desirable
* Ability to lift up to 25kg and operate hand trucks.
* Comfortable working at heights (up to 8 meters).
* Willingness to work near mechanical equipment and in varying conditions.
