A leading regional firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its established Dispute Resolution team.
You'll handle a broad mix of commercial and civil disputes, including complex and high‑value matters, working closely with an experienced Partner and a well‑structured team. The firm offers modern tech, a supportive culture, and long‑standing, loyal clients.
The Work
A varied and stimulating caseload, including:
* Complex commercial and civil litigation
* Contractual disputes
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Injunctions
* Debt recovery
* Regulatory disputes
* High‑value, sophisticated commercial matters
What They're Looking For
* 5+ PQE in Commercial Litigation
* Strong experience with complex, high‑value disputes
* Stable career background & solid training
* Good client‑handling skills
* Able to attend the office twice weekly (remote considered for the right person)
