* Min 8 years of experience as a BA in the Credit Card Domain (Card Issuing)
* Strong understanding of Card Tokenization and token creation/authorization flow
* Create User Stories in JIRA and define functional flows
* Work closely with the testing team to create end-to-end test cases and identify areas for automation; provide SIT and UAT support
* Demonstrate very good communication and stakeholder management
