The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care, supporting young people with their daily lives, and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (Essential)
* Must be a driver with a valid license (Essential)
* Oliver Mcgowan Trained (Essential)
* Previous experience in a support or care setting (Essential)
* A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and inclusion
