Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate – Peterborough

A well-established, Legal 500 recognised regional law firm is looking to expand its Commercial Property team due to an increase in workload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Solicitor or Associate to join a highly regarded team, working closely with a well-connected Partner who is actively generating high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
* Handle freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions
* Advise on landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and assignments
* Assist with development and investment work
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support and engage in business development initiatives
* Work collaboratively within the team while developing your own caseload
Skills and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX considered)
* Minimum 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
* Ability to manage files independently
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
* Interest in working within a growing firm environment
* Hybrid-based role, with adequate office attendance to support supervision and development
* Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Friendly, approachable, and driven leadership
