CRM Manager job description
Understand the capacity of the CRM system and how its use can impact the business. This could relate to internal KPI setting and performance analysis through to digital marketing activities and lead generation/follow through.
Responsible for integrating data from various sources into the system to track services and for business development purposes.
Ensure that all users and equipped to use the system correctly to maintain accuracy and reliability. This could be through informal training and troubleshooting.
Develop workflow procedures to ensure consistency of services to clients.
Work with senior leadership team to develop and implement reports, focusing on clients, services provided and business development efforts, to provide insight into business performance.
Marketing
