As Interim Head of Finance, you will…• Lead the finance team, overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting• Provide strategic financial insight to senior stakeholders and influence key business decisions• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls• Develop financial models and business plans to support growth and efficiency initiatives• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing finance function
As Interim Head of Finance, you will need…• Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or growing business• A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels• A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities• Proficiency in financial systems and a continuous improvement approach to processes
