We are seeking an organised, proactive and highly competent Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Deputy Chief Nurse, based at County Hospital, Stafford. In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and PA support including:
* Comprehensive email and complex diary management
* Handling confidential and sensitive queries with professionalism
* Preparing agendas, coordinating papers and transcribing accurate minutes for formal meetings
* Supporting a range of administrative processes including records management and use of internal systems

The UK Home Office has imposed an emergency brake on specific visa routes.

* Experience working as a PA or in a senior administrative role
* Full proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
* The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality at all times
Working Hours
This position is part‑time, working 25 hours per week, either 08:00‑13:00 or 09:00‑14:00, Monday to Friday, for an initial 6‑month period. The team are seeking someone who is available to start immediately.
