Sales Administrator
to join our friendly and hardworking team at our site near
Madley
, Hereford.
The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and top-class customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts
* Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
* Coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
* Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
* Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and order systems
* Providing after-sales support and resolving any order issues efficiently
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is:
* Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
* Friendly and confident with excellent communication skills
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
* Experienced in customer service or sales administration (preferred)
* Enthusiastic about sustainability and working for a company that values environmental responsibility
