Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator
Our client, a respected organisation within their sector, seeking a detail-oriented Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator to join their team. This is an excellent role for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in administration or customer service, looking to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Own transport essential due to location between Coventry & Leamington Spa.
The Role
As an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will ensure the smooth and accurate processing of learner details and the timely production of certificates and skills cards. You will also support stock control, customer service, and departmental projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately entering learner details onto internal systems.
* Producing, checking, and dispatching certificates and skills cards.
* Managing stock orders, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining records.
* Handling incoming post, validating customer paperwork, and resolving queries.
* Providing excellent customer service by phone and email.
* Supporting workflow, reporting, and process improvements.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
✅ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel).
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✅ Experience in administration or customer service.
✅ Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Good organisational skills and a proactive approach.
* £26 500 DOE.
