Eventus Legal are seeking a Legal Secretary to join a successful, growing law firm based in Darlington. This is a full-time, permanent position. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Legal Secretary will deal exclusively in Private Client matters and be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Department. Some of the daily duties will include:
* Audio typing
* Scanning documents
* Liaising with clients and other professionals
* Preparing court bundles
* Maintenance of files
* General administration
Person Specification
Applications are sought from Legal Secretaries with experience in dealing with Private Client matters. The successful candidate will have the ability to be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the business. You must have good organisational skills and have the ability to work as part of a team and to complete tasks independently.
