What you will do:
* Assess and manage risks facing children and families within the community.

* Maintain detailed case records and provide reports for progress reviews and court proceedings.
* Provide advice, support, and signposting for families and young people to additional services.
Requirements for the Social Worker:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
