Service Management Architect (Outside IR35, Part-Time) £500-£600 per day | 2 days per week | Outside IR35 Remote with occasional London office visits We are working with a leading London law firm seeking an experienced Service Management Architect to design and embed service management frameworks aligned to their evolving IT landscape. With around 1,500 users, this role is ideally suited to someone who has delivered service design and management models in organisations of a similar scale - not vast enterprise-level environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement service management frameworks aligned with a modernised technology estate. Create service models tailored to the firm's size, culture, and user base. Work closely with IT operations and service support teams to embed effective processes. Balance hands-on technical expertise with architectural and design-level thinking. About You: Background in service support or IT operations, with progression into architecture/service design. Hands-on technical understanding, able to engage with IT teams as well as leadership. Experience creating service frameworks for organisations with ~1,500 users. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
