Role: The provision of end-to-end supervision, management, and progression opportunities for the AGC (RMP and MPS) Apprenticeship Programmes and its associated Royal Navy Apprenticeship elements on behalf of AH MP. 1. Manage performance, delivery and assurance (including Health and Safety, Inclusivity and Diversity, Safeguarding and Prevent strategies) of the Dual Service L4 Non Home Office Police Officer (L4 NHOPO) Apprenticeship, and L3 Custody and Detention Professional (L3C&DP) Apprenticeship offer. The role is also required to lead the Royal Navy representatives in the management of their Service L4 NHOPO. 2. Forecast demand for the provost Apprenticeships using the RAP, SOTR and other data sources, as necessary and liaise with the Royal Navy L4 NHOPO Apprenticeship Leads to manage the Royal Navy demand. 3 Through Working Group and Steering Group management boards and assurance activity monitor quality of the programme in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework and the Department for Education funding rules for employer providers. This will include using appropriate data, learner satisfaction surveys and reports provided related to Army training and Service Provider provision which supports apprenticeship delivery. 4. Create and manage a Quality Improvement Plan and conduct self-assessment of performance and quality of the Branch and Tri Service Apprenticeship programme, including the production of a Self-Assessment Report and mid-year position statement in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework. 5. Support the contracting process for Service Providers and End Point Assessment Organisations and manage their performance against the contract. 6. Support AH MP in representing the Provost/Tri Service Apprenticeship programme during Ofsted inspections. 7. Identify individual development and progression opportunities for apprenticeships across the Provost organisation and sponsor new apprenticeship requirements through AAP SOP 16 new provision applications, in line with AGC (RMP) and AGC (MPS) whole life development strategy. 8. Promote Apprenticeships across the Provost organisation, wider Army and Defence, as well as during recruitment and selection with potential candidates. Including representing the Provost Apprenticeships at Trailblazer Groups and assist in reviewing Standards in accordance with the Department for Education guidelines.
