We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Nelson. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and delivering high-quality financial reporting within a fast-paced environment.
You will be reporting directly to the Finance Director and overseeing the finance function across multiple group companies within the wider business.
The role will focus on delivering accurate monthly management accounts, detailed P&L and cost centre analysis, leading month-end and year-end processes, liaising with external auditors, and supervising a small accounts team. You will also play a key role in improving reporting processes, streamlining finance operations, implementing system enhancements, and supporting ongoing business growth and integration projects.
