We are looking for a call handler to support a 4-week project this October, making outbound calls to collect important data. This is an excellent opportunity for and organised, confident individual who can work efficiently and accurately over the phone.
The Role
Make outbound calls to collect and record data accurately
Update internal systems and maintain records of each interaction
Follow scripts and guidelines while engaging professionally with contacts
Work to targets and deadlines to ensure the project is completed successfullyAbout You
Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills
Able to use MS Excel efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to commit to the full 4-week project in October
Previous call handling, data collection, or customer service experience is preferred What’s on Offer:
