Role & Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:
* Engage with clients through various communication channels to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
* Inform clients about the range of services available and encourage utilisation to meet their needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM systems.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services that benefit the client.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries promptly and effectively.
* Prepare and analyse reports related to client accounts and service usage.
* Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service processes.
About You as the Client Relationship Manager:
* Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within account management or sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proactive and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
