What You'll Be Doing
Typing and preparing correspondence, emails, and legal documents
Assisting with billing and payment requests
Managing diaries, meetings, and conference calls (Teams/Zoom)
Liaising with clients, agencies, and other parties involved in property transactions
Handling initial client enquiries and providing quotes
Supporting case administration and task management
Registering transactions with HM Land Registry and obtaining client ID
Meeting and greeting clients, setting up meeting rooms, and minute taking
Providing basic IT support and general departmental assistance
