Responsibilities
The Role: As a Family Lawyer, you’ll handle a varied caseload of Family Law matters, working in a supportive and collaborative team. Typical cases will include:
* Divorce and separation matters
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
* Child law and childcare matters
This role offers the chance to grow within a respected Family Law team while building your profile as a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive in Greater Manchester.
Requirements
* Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0–3 years PQE in Family Law
* Strong knowledge of divorce, finance and child law cases
* Ability to independently manage a caseload with confidence
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Motivated and professional, with ambition to progress in Family Law
