Financial Controller We are looking for a Financial Controller at Everllence, former MAN Energy Solutions. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the company’s financial reporting and controlling systems. To ensure the effective running of the Company’s finance department and that all management reporting requirements are catered for. To ensure that internal controls, financial systems and reporting processes are operating correctly to facilitate all internal/ external requirements. We can offer you the following tasks To ensure that the company maximises its EBIT and cash flow potential. To ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Company’s balance sheet. To provide sound financial leadership and advice and ensure that profit improvement opportunities are highlighted and maximised whilst also providing early warning of potential challenges. To ensure that risks are correctly managed, mitigation plans are in place and provisions are appropriate. Ensure all internal and external financial reporting is relevant, accurate and on time. To manage all financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring that the outputs are delivered on time and are challenging but realistic. To manage the Company’s cost control review process in order to maintain and grow profitability. To ensure that internal control systems such as ICS and CCM operate effectively and are in line with Group financial procedures. To manage and maintain financial relationships with 3rd parties, Group Reporting and other Everllence entities/ BU Controllers. To ensure that the cost base is accurate and appropriate for tendering and decision making. To ensure that the Company’s tax affairs are all in order including VAT and Corporation Tax returns and PE requirements (all accurate and submitted/ paid on time). Be a trustee of the DB pension scheme(s).
