Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with expertise in selling employment vetting and background checking solutions to sell our Experian Background Checking solutions and propositions.

You will have access to a portfolio of customers, who are managed by existing account managers within the Growth Market Division in which you will look for new opportunities to cross and upsell products from within our Employment Screening Portfolio. In addition to this, you will also identify opportunities with new clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Grow our existing revenue stream
2. Identify key contacts within existing accounts and upselling accordingly.
3. Growing new revenue by winning new logo business and new from existing Clients.
4. Lead generation and increasing our stakeholder network.
5. Exceed your monthly and annual revenue targets.
6. Increase the Experian brand through networking and thought leadership.
7. Record pipeline and forecast information in our Salesforce CRM system.
8. Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across the business


Qualifications

9. Field sales experience
10. Experience of Background Checking Screening or ATS sales is essential
11. Proven track record in successful sales.
12. Experience of working within a target environment
13. Experience selling to HR and People Managers is desirable
