Job Description
3. Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
4. Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to support decision-making.
7. Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
8. Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
9. Develop and implement financial controls and best practices.
10. Provide financial guidance and mentorship to the accounting team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Controller should have:
11. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
12. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
13. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
17. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
