Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optical Assistant located in Honiton. The Optical Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, conducting pre-screening tests, and maintaining customer records. The role also includes ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting optometrists during eye examinations, and offering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Optical Assistant will handle administrative tasks and manage inventory.
