Overview Sales & Marketing Manager – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Kings Oak & Cavell Hospitals 37.5 Hours - Fixed Term Competitive salary (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Kings Oak & Cavell Hospitals in Enfield are part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in the Marketing department. This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties Of This Role Include Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospital’s business growth targets. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with referrers including GPs, consultants, corporate clients, insurers, and other local healthcare professionals. Conduct regular outreach visits, calls, and events to promote hospital services and maintain a strong presence in the community. Work with consultants to support the growth of their private practice, including profile-raising activity and patient engagement initiatives. Plan and execute local marketing activities, both digital and offline, to promote key service lines (e.g., orthopaedics, imaging, private GP, diagnostics). Work with the central marketing team to localise national campaigns and develop bespoke materials, content, and events to suit the hospital’s needs. Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role – ideally within healthcare, medical services, or a customer-focused industry. Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results. Skilled in event planning, campaign coordination, and local outreach activities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Confident with data analysis, reporting, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
