* Completing both type 2 and 3 fire assessments
* Writing up reports and liaising with stake holders
* Traveling to assess both commercial and domestic properties

* Has a Level 3 Fire risk assessing qualification
* Experience in both type 2 and 3 fire risk assessment
* NEBOSH or IOSH
* IFE or IFSM
