Associate Director Electrical Engineering

We currently have opportunities in our Epsom office and are offering a competitive salary of £75,000.00-£100,000.00 for the London Area.
Your Purpose
* Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work that meets relevant design standards and codes.
* Define briefs, scopes of work, and lead bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Set quality assurance standards in design.
* Grow, develop and manage electrical engineering capability within the practice.
What you can bring
* Chartered or Fellow Electrical Engineer.
* Experience owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
* Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design (LV and HV systems), motor control centres/switchgear, electrical installations within industrial/process environments, HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX installation practice, production of SLD/BCD’s, earthing and bonding, and familiarity with current UK design standards, industry‑specific standards and best practices.
* Proven strong technical leadership in multidisciplinary delivery.
* A winning mindset to expand AtkinsRéalis' client portfolio.
