Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator

Summary:
• Must have experience using ITrent platform. Support matrix management of a small team of HR Advisers Maintain accurate information on spread sheets and databases; Protect personal data ensuring GDPR compliance in document; Assist in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll; Demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationships and customer service skills; Support the team in Transactional Query resolutions and complaint management; Research and provide options and solutions to suit business needs;
Minimum Requirement:
Human Resources Operations, also known as HR Ops, is the team that supports the entire employee lifecycle and assists the business in their day-to-day tasks. The HR Ops team is responsible for many administrative tasks that keep the business running. These tasks include payroll management, staff data entry, and maintenance. We are also responsible for maintaining the human resources information system.
• Support matrix management of a small team of HR Advisers
• Monitor case trackers and ensure progress of HR actions is on track
• Protect personal data ensuring GDPR compliance in document
• Assist in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll
• Support the team in Transactional Query resolutions and resolve escalated issues.
• Research and provide options and solutions to suit business needs
Essential:
• Must have experience using MHR iTrent platform
• Excellent Google and Microsoft skills
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationships and customer service skills
• Individual who can be flexible and enjoys a fast-paced role
