An award-winning healthcare communications agency is looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join its growing team. The agency partners with leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies to deliver scientifically rigorous, creative, and insight-driven communications that improve patient outcomes and drive meaningful change.
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality projects across a variety of therapy areas. You’ll work closely with scientific, creative, and digital specialists to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional strategic value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day client communications, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
* Deliver a range of medical communications projects — from scientific platforms and educational materials to digital content and events.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
* Support strategic planning, creative development, and new business opportunities.
* Contribute to team culture, mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate.
About You:
* Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive within a medical communications or healthcare agency.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
