Key Responsibilities
* Reporting to and working side by side with Business Development Managers, you’ll be the first point of contact for almost all new customers in a fast‑paced, fun and highly rewarding environment.
* Cover all channels such as phone, email and social; create clever ways to break through the noise and book meetings for the team to close. Mainly outbound but also handle warm leads from inbound marketing.
* Initially work from our established sales playbook for outbound, but over time you will use your instincts to personalise it and further enhance and develop your prospecting skill set.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong new business and upselling sales skills.
* Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to take initiative and proactively approach tasks.
* Great customer service skills.
* Flexibility, open‑mindedness and teamwork orientation.
* Fast learner – you will receive training from the sales manager.
Desirable Skills
* Knowledge of KCS applications in the distributor sector.
* Knowledge of the general distributor sector.Appreciation for all products and services within the Klipboard offering.
* Familiarity with CRM tools; HubSpot is a plus.
