Job Title: Junior Recruitment Business Partner
Location: Spitalfields, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus bonus
Working Pattern: Full Time
What You’ll Do
* Take ownership of live vacancies, ensuring timely and effective fulfilment while consistently meeting performance targets.
* Build trusted, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers through proactive check‑ins, role briefings, and market insights.
* Drive candidate flow and fulfilment mix, collaborating with sourcing teams to manage pipelines and reduce time‑to‑fill.
* Maintain accurate system data, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Knowledge of recruitment systems and processes, including end‑to‑end delivery.
* Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Experience in candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
