Project Sector: Mission Critical & Industrial Fabrication / Installation
Project Type: Multi-Sector Will Vary
Location: Banbury, Northern Ireland
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and interpret BMS engineering requirements across multiple active projects.
2. Supervise subcontracted BMS installation and commissioning activities in alignment with project schedules.
3. Participate in daily and weekly progress meetings to confirm current performance, evaluate upcoming tasks, and flag any risks that may impact project delivery.
4. Monitor subcontractor productivity to ensure work is completed efficiently and in line with expectations.
5. Confirm that required materials are available on-site, maintain oversight of stock levels, and produce additional material take-offs to support uninterrupted installation.
6. Verify that site teams are working from the latest issued drawings and correct revisions.
7. Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures throughout the project duration.
8. Confirm that all subcontractors have approved and signed RAMS prior to commencing work.
