Job Overview We are recruiting for two administration support roles at Braintree on a fixed-term contract. Within this role you will be supporting with various technical administrative tasks, some include; updating Emax ERP systems, updating microsoft excel spreadsheets, Liaising with global teams, and ensuring the Central Part Registry is kept up to date. Job Responsibilities: - Liaising with global teams on various technical admin tasks such as global trade compliance. - Raise GTS tickets for harmonised tariff (HS) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classification. - Assist with Emax system and production requirements to fulfil engineering function. - Support updating of Emax ERP system. - Raising of TE Connectivity Part Numbers (TCPN). - Ensuring Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) is kept up to date. - Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with necessary data.
