Role
Ticketing and Reception Assistant – a key position within the Ticketing & Reception team at Warwick Arts Centre. The role delivers a pro‑active, efficient ticketing and reception operation, provides a visible and warm welcome to all visitors, supports CRM maintenance and administration, and collaborates with WAC teams to support delivery of visitor experience, sales, and organisational objectives.

* Delivers a visible and warm welcome providing an excellent visitor experience at all times.
* Supports and assists with CRM maintenance and administration.
* Proactively collaborates with WAC teams to support delivery of visitor experience, sales, and WAC objectives, vision and mission.
About You
A candidate with a passion for systems and sales who thrives on helping people. Proactive, good problem‑solving skills, and a keen drive for positive change. The post reports to the Deputy Ticketing & Reception Managers and Ticketing & Reception Manager. Work is scheduled on a weekly rota over a rolling four‑week period, covering Monday–Sunday, predominantly afternoons and evenings with some mornings, across 363 days a year, including holidays.

Warwick Arts Centre is the largest multi‑art‑form arts centre outside London, presenting events, activities, films and exhibitions to over 200,000 people each year.
