Contract Opportunity: Solution Architect – M365 Specialist Location: Remote/Hybrid – 1 day a week onsite in Coventry Rate: Up to £500/day | Inside IR35 Duration: Contract until end of 2025, with strong potential for quarterly extensions We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise across Microsoft 365 to help shape and deliver enterprise-level solutions. This role plays a key part in a large-scale digital transformation, working across M365 services to provide high-level designs and assurance for delivery. The Role: * Leading M365 architecture design and governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards * Developing and finalising High-Level Designs (HLDs) for Exchange (migration), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams * Partnering with stakeholders across People Services and Workday HCM programmes to provide architectural assurance and guidance * Acting as a proactive and visible technical leader who engages effectively with both business and IT teams Skills Needed: * Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect, ideally with Microsoft 365 specialisation * Strong background across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security and compliance tooling * Experience working within architectural governance processes * Bonus: exposure to Workday HCM, Kallidus, Eploy, or Stream (not essential) Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they meet only 50–60% of the requirements, while women and other underrepresented groups often look for a 90–100% match.
