We are looking to recruit a Training Coordinator to support our Natural Capital Hub. The role will support the delivery of the National Lottery Heritage Fund funded Nature Towns and Cities project Bigger Better More Joined Up, Our Nature Our LCR. The hub works with partners such as government departments, local government, landowners, and conservation organisations.
The Training Coordinator will coordinate, design and deliver training and learning activities that enhance understanding and application of natural capital, integrated nature recovery and engagement with nature. Working closely with partners and project stakeholders, you will develop training materials, organise workshops and events, support the transfer of knowledge across the region, identify accreditation and resource opportunities, and help to develop sustainable models for training.
This position requires excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, an enthusiasm for skills development and for promoting environmental resilience.
