Family Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Wiltshire, GBP 50,000+ (DOE). Are you a skilled and motivated Family Solicitor looking to join a progressive, client‑focused law firm?


The Role

* Responsible for a varied and stimulating caseload including cohabitation issues, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, divorce, financial settlements, and children matters.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients.
* Deliver consistently high standards of client service and professional advice.
* Drive improvements and innovation in service delivery.
* Actively contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.


Skills Required

* Family Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE in a wide range of family law matters.
* Ability to manage a busy and complex caseload efficiently.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
* Commercially aware, with the ability to build and retain profitable client relationships.
* A proactive, approachable attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
