In this role, you'll be a key part of the daily operation — supporting your team, driving standards, and keeping everything running safely and efficiently. You'll play a big part in creating a positive team culture and ensuring we deliver the world‑class service AO is known for.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Rotational Shift Pattern)
Salary: £33,069.40
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
Supporting the smooth and safe running of daily warehouse operations.
Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver high‑quality work every shift.
Maintaining accurate stock levels and resolving inventory issues quickly.
Delivering daily briefings and clear communication to keep everyone aligned.
Managing low-level people processes such as discussions, investigations, and welfare conversations.
Owning Health & Safety routines including incident reporting, walkarounds, and safe MHE practices.
Working collaboratively with other teams and partners to support operational goal

Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.
Comfortable using warehouse systems and technology to keep things running smoothly.
