An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Public Health Practitioner (Health Visitor) to join our Integrated Healthy Families Team within the Bassetlaw Locality.
About the Team
The Bassetlaw Healthy Family Team provides a quality service delivering the Healthy Child Programme to the local population. We operate as an integrated service, working with children and young people aged 0–19 and their families. Care is delivered in line with national and local guidelines and public health priorities.
Role Responsibilities
1. Deliver universal and targeted health services to the 0-19 year population.
2. Lead a defined caseload, managing and supporting a skill mix team.
3. Develop excellent partnership working relationships to provide seamless services to children, young people, and their families.
4. Possess the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (Health Visitor) qualification.
5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a desire to develop leadership and management skills.

Requirements
