Carlisle Support Services is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Area Supervisor to join our dedicated team of experienced staff committed to delivering exceptional services and upholding company values. The role involves following HSQE and rail safety protocols using provided training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rostering and staff allocation.
2. Managing staff performance according to company policies.
3. Ensuring all staff are trained for their roles, including station cleaning tasks such as washroom cleaning, litter picking, waste removal, and equipment operation.
4. Maintaining training matrices and coordinating with central management to fill vacancies.
5. Conducting station audits and reporting on compliance and faults.
6. Monitoring station cleanliness to meet client requests and daily checks including water, water quality, and equipment maintenance.
7. Partnering with clients to meet operational outcomes and proactively manage complaints.
Ideal Candidate:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Leadership qualities and team management experience.
* Proactive, efficient, and problem-solving abilities.
* PTS certification and a full UK driving license are desirable.
* Ability to work independently and handle ad hoc challenges.
Location coverage includes Bishops Stortford, Harlow Town, Cambridge, and surrounding areas. Core hours are Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend shifts as required.
