The Service & Team:
Tresor is our short break children's home that provides opportunities for children with disabilities to receive specialist residential short break care and support in a safe stable environment to enable them to develop independent living skills and spend time enjoying activities and experiences that may not ordinarily be available to them.
We follow a PBS, trauma informed models of support alongside a commitment to achieving restraint reduction accreditation to enable transformation of children’s lived experiences and promote outcomes from our inclusion in their experiences.
The Role:
Operating within the Disabled Children & Therapy Service you will be part of a supportive team of Registered Managers and Area Team Managers, and as the Registered Manager of Tresor, you will lead a team of committed staff to improve outcomes for disabled children and young people.
