Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Local Authority in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigation professional to manage a diverse and complex caseload while providing strategic legal advice across a broad range of contentious matters.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £57.68 - £62.07 per hour
Umbrella - £65-£70 per hour
This role is on a 6-12 month contract with potential to extend and is on a fully remote basis
Responsibilities as a Senior Litigation Solicitor:
* Able to handle caseload in Litigation law from start to completion
* Have a good understanding in Property Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Employment Disputes and Debt and fee recovery.
* Supervise and mentor junior legal staff where appropriate
